Log AI ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account information: name, email, and user ID provided by Apple or Google sign-in.
Journal entries and mood check-ins you create in the app.
Coach link codes and shared Logs or messages you choose to share with a coach.
Push notification tokens if you enable alerts.
Purchase receipts through Apple StoreKit to validate subscriptions.

How we use data

To provide journaling, mood tracking, AI reflections, and coach-client sync.
To process and restore subscriptions.
To send optional push notifications for coach messages and shared Logs.
To improve app stability and fix crashes.

AI and third parties

AI reflections are generated through Rork's secure AI gateway. Your journal content is sent to the gateway only when you explicitly request a reflection. We do not use your journal entries to train models.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, Logs, moods, messages, and coach links from our servers.
